Well, It’s been an interesting last couple of weeks. A while back, my dear wife started talking about me putting some of my photos up at the Library. Timeframe – Next July… There is a backlog.
Turns out… the backlog apparently works differently.
I noticed this monster attacking the library parking lot light Thursday morning and thought Cool! That’s the biggest praying mantis I’ve ever seen.
Since I’m home waiting for the air conditioner guys to come back, hopefully with the person who will fix the ceiling!, I thought I’d post some of the pics from the last week. There aren’t that many. I have been using the little camera more instead of the iphone so they are better quality.
William is making some progress towards getting stronger!
I guess William heard me bragging on him about getting out of chair because on Wednesday, he wouldn’t do it! After providing encouragement, “C’mon, You can do it!”, he told me he needed help. “Help! Stuck Momma!” Now why does that have a familiar ring to it???
He still continues to improve despite the hesitancy on Wednesday.
We’ve had a busy two days as the weather has been so nice. The children and I took advantage of the good weather to spend some time outdoors having fun before it gets gloomy again on Wednesday.
It was a very busy day overall with less breaks in it than I had expected. MaryAlice and Roy came up as they had been invited to story time by MaryVic. William rode along unaware of all that the day had in store for him…
William woke up yelling ‘UP!’ at 3:53 a.m. I told him it was dark and still bedtime, no Wubbzy. My mistake bringing the Wubster into it. He started yelling, UP!, Wubbzy! UP!” And my slow response resulted in intense sobbing. So we are UP after blowing kisses and saying ‘Bye!’ to the frog light with the normal enthusiastic waving.
I might as well blog about yesterday. I am drinking a cup of coffee so it may be somewhat intelligent, intelligible. Oh, and around 4:15, MaryVic came downstairs. Apparently she had a bad dream… I wonder what could have caused that! Now what did we do yesterday? Let me jog my memory with caffeine and the iphone.
We’ve been having some connectivity problems with our Comcast connection. So here is a quick catch up with some iphone photos from the last couple of days.
Everything is pretty much status quo for the Franklin Nicholsons. We went to Toddler Time on Monday. MaryVic and William had a good time. A very kind mother assisted MaryVic with the craft while I took William for a diaper change. He was loved getting to glue but I got the bottle away before he became too enthusiastic.
